2. Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Notice
Kycura facilitates connections between patients and licensed healthcare professionals. Kycura itself does not practice medicine or directly provide medical diagnosis. In case of an emergency, call emergency services immediately or visit the nearest healthcare facility.
3. User Credentials & Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Telemedicine & E-Pharmacy Workflows
Virtual consultations may not replace in-person examinations in all scenarios. Providers reserve full clinical discretion to determine if virtual care is appropriate or to refer patients for in-person evaluations.
5. Account Termination & Policies
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform, without prior liability.
